Breakfast was Ok.

Property is big and the location is too good, Big pool , Nice landscape .

Rooms are pathetic, too small and with just basic amenities. There is no maintenance of the property . The pool is so dirty like a muddy pond. Staffs are very less to even address your issues. Wi-Fi was not even reachable to rooms. You need to carry your luggage of your own.

I actually like a soft bed and pillow. The beds are medium hard. Pillows not bad. The linens are very clean and fresh. The staff are amazing!

I love the Tropicana. There is nothing I don’t like. It is a great hotel for a good price right across from the beach with a great restaurant right beside it!

quite ugly hotel with soviet architecture, although we paid for upgraded room it was still very basic, breakfast not great but ok, would not go back, cant compare this hotel in the area as never been before, this is just my own experience

Very very dirty.. the pillows and bed covers smelled like vomit, ripped, and had stains on them.. cupboards broken..AC does not work and if you dare complain about any of it, the staff activate their bitch mode and start ignoring you completely without even replying to any of your requests .worst stay ever

When we arrived at Hotel, we are very tried. The front desk services is good, quick action to finish the check-in process. The room is clean and the view very nice. The location is excellent

The location near the beach, walking distance from night entertainment, staff were helpful and friendly.

More attention to the bedding would make the stay in forgettable.

Kids pool and garden

My room door lock to the pool was pretty difficult to open and close, I complaint but it was fixed so so, I think doors are too old to fix now. Apart from door lock Other services are good enjoyed pool area with a big garden. Good for family..

Good location, it is on Pattaya Beach Road, the Beach is 20 meters, and the Bachelors best fun street Soi 6 is 50 meters. Walking Street is 5 minutes with the Songtaew Pick Up van taxis, that come every 10 seconds and take you there for 10 Baht. The room was very quiet, as the hotel is built around the nice inner garden with swimming pool, and my room faced the garden, so there was no traffic noise at all, and no loud music audible from bars in the neighborhood, which is unique in Pattaya. It was always really refreshing to return to the silent peacefullness of my room from the day and night very noisy outer world of Pattaya. Swimming pool was very peaceful and quiet, I could always find free sun loungers ( maybe it was due to the low season). Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast, worked perfect.

The room did not have a safe. Though there was safe at the reception, it would have been good also in the room for daily use valuables , such as phone, ipad, some cash ( you can never trust your visitors in Thailand ). The room did not have Dont Disturb sign either, so the cleaner staff woke me up around 11:00 am ,knocking on my door for cleaning . It is not nice, as many people come to Pattaya to party till the morning and go to sleep after 6 am. In my room hot water started to come very slow, before taking a shower I always had to have it run for 10-15 minutes , it started to be warm only afterwards.

The location was perfect for me. Very close to restaurants, bars and nightlife.

It is quite aged now. Needs a refurbishment. Did not look like the photos in the brochure.

Location is ok

It is a very basic property for the price we paid. They charged me for ice which is basic. The AC was not working well. Staff could not speak english well, and behavior was not curtious. Do yourself a favor and find a cheaper hotel nearby for 1100 bht which may have same or similar facilities. Overall not good experience.

The patio door connecting to the pool deck and being able to see the pool from the room. Also enjoyed very much the privacy and serenity of the pool area as it is surrounded by the building. The noise pollution from the street is not heard.

It would have been nice to have hot tea and coffee available at restaurant all day.
